Job Role:
This role will focus on supporting C&B operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes and activities. As part of a dynamic HR Operations team, you’ll gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Maintain and update employee databases.
- Support the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Support the preparation and submission of legal to relevant authorities.
- Assist HR team in organizing company events, employees engagement activities, etc..
- Provide administrative support and perform other tasks assigned by the HR team.
Requirement:
- Final-year student or Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good at organizational skill, communication skills.
- Attention to details, careful, and responsible at work.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Teamwork, hard working, and willing to learn.
