About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in daily operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and understand how people operations work in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Driving recruitment activities to attract the top talents by letting them know about the career opportunities in VSHR Pro Academy
Support the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Assist HR in coordinating interviews and candidate communication.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding activities for new employees (documents, orientation preparation).
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and HR system updates.
Requirements
University student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
