Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Participate in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in tracking attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to commit at least 3 months (full-time)
