Job description for HR Generalist at Kinobi AI

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition.

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Drive timely and cost-efficient hiring while maintaining a high quality of hire.
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.

2. Performance Management.

  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of the company's performance management framework..
  • Drive company-wide goal setting and performance review cycles..
  • Partner with managers to align performance expectations and facilitate meaningful performance discussions..
  • Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on performance-related actions.

3. Employee Retention.

  • Drive strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, with a focus on retaining high-performing employees.
  • Define and strengthen the company's culture and employee experience initiatives in partnership with leadership.
  • Monitor engagement and retention metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee HR budget allocation for people initiatives and support strategic people decisions with the Co-Founders and leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring process.
  • Comfortable working directly with Co-Founders.
  • Detail-oriented and strong in documentation.
  • Able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills (English required).
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor law (Singapore/Vietnam knowledge is a plus).
  • High ownership & proactive attitude.
