Job description for HR Generalist at PT Cartenz Technology Indonesia
- Support overall HR process, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Support in performance management process, develop KPI evaluation tools and organization development.
- Maintain the organization's employee database, administration records & employment process.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes, maintain relationship with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- The position is shared function for several company under one holding group, you will involve in all HR process in those company.
- Bachelor degree in any major or other relevant fields.
- At least 1 years of professional working experiences in the Human Resource and general affairs area.
- Has extensive knowledge of Human Resource functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Proficient in Ms. Office, and knowledge in HRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both Oral and Written).
- Able to work under multiple job deliverables in a time constrains.
