About the Job:
This HR Generalist position is responsible to provide HR advisory and support, to enable the activities within the employee life cycle. As a HR Generalist you'll be entrusted to support the HR Manager and lead on the day to day running of the organization and the deployment of strategic HR programs.
Responsibilities:
- Be involved in our Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation/Benefits and Learning & Development efforts.
- Own the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of employees, review and enhance.
- Ensure that information within HRIS is up-to-date, accurate and audit ready.
- Assist in Employment/ Work Pass application.
- Document and create necessary tools and templates, prepare HR documentations and certifications.
- HR Projects in areas of progressive people policies, compensation & benefits, learning and development and organization culture (Research and Development).
Other Points:
- This position is a 6 months Contract Employment with a possibility of an extension or conversion.
