Job Description
HR Operations & C&B
Handle attendance tracking, payroll calculation, salary payment, and related compensation & benefits tasks.
Manage employee records, labor contracts, and HR documentation.
Process and report PIT, Social Insurance, Trade Union, and employee insurance matters.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor regulations.
Employee Relations & Coordination
Support employees with HR-related inquiries and administrative matters.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners regarding HR operations.
Maintain proper HR documentation and reporting systems.
Recruitment Support
Assist with recruitment activities when needed, including candidate coordination and interview arrangements.
Support onboarding processes for new employees.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations, C&B, or related HR roles.
Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) is preferred.
Skills
Good understanding of Labor Law, Labor Contracts, Social Insurance, and HR regulations.
Proficient in Excel and HR software systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information carefully and professionally.
Experience working with foreign employees is a plus.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
