Summary:
To be responsible to organize and monitor various aspects of HR key tasks listed below, and to ensure continual efficiency and compliance with the company’s policies and government legislations.
• HR policies and procedures administration
• Employee communication and engagement
• Staffing/Recruitment
• Training and development administration
• Payroll & benefits administration
• HR projects
Roles & Responsibility:
Policies & Procedures: Update, maintain and implement HR policies, procedures, manuals, guidelines, and references on a regular and timely basis.
Employee Communication & Engagement: Handle communication to employees on relevant HR topics; Promote employee awareness on relevant HR practices and facilitate discussion and support clarifications when required.
Recruitment & Induction:
• Identify, develop and implement efficient and effective support for recruitment and selection processes in a timely manner;
• Ensure comprehensive onboarding support to new employees
Training & Development
• Compile and analyze training needs for review and approval of training plan. Liaise with respective functional managers to understand and propose appropriate training and development options.
• Monitor, report and ensure successful timely execution of training plan.
• Source appropriate training providers, support co-ordination of internal training programs, monitor budget spending, and conduct post-training effectiveness evaluation.
• Administer timely submission and disbursement of government training grants.
• Ensure updated and accurate data for all training records in files and systems. Optimize Learning Management System maintenance and utilization.
• Assist in organizing employee’ activity as required
Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Ensure employee data are updated accurately and timely
• Ensure efficient and effective administration of compensation and benefits according to the company policies and government regulations.
• Process payroll and tax matters in compliance with the company policies and government regulations.
• Administer and monitor performance appraisal, probationary, confirmation, promotion, retirement, and resignation processes with proper documentation upkeeping.
• Involved in the HR budgeting process.
Expatriate Support
• Provide supports for expatriates settling in and moving away including housing, car, schooling, and immigration matters.
• Ensure timely administration of expatriate cross-charging, budgeting, and preparation of income tax declaration. Liaise with IRAS and tax consultants on expatriates’ income tax matters.
HR Compliance:
• Set up and maintain HR compliance system
• Set up and maintain ISO system for HR areas
• Participate in HR-related audits by local authorities and other relevant auditors.
Other projects/ tasks assigned by Supervisors/ Managers/ Leadership

Requirements*:
Educational qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in Human resource management or relevant disciplines.
Relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience in HR

• Efficient planning & organizing skills in a multi-tasking environment

• Fluent English both in spoken and written
