Baller Headwear is a premium caps manufacturer servicing international brands. Our head office and factory are based in Da Nang. We are looking for a sharp and driven Talent Acquisition to lead sourcing and headhunting activities. This role focuses on building strong pipelines of high-quality candidates, proactively approaching talents in the market, and ensuring we hire the right people for key positions.

WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE

• Drive end-to-end sourcing/hiring strategies
• Proactively hunt and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, events, and referrals.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Plan employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with proven strength in sourcing/headhunting, preferably in manufacturing or factory
• Strong networking skills and ability to approach passive candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English
