· Input employee data into master file, update any change in term of Employee life cycle;
· In charge of preparing employee document, filling and record;
· In charge of new employee document and package such as: Offer Letter, Probation Contract, Probation review and Evaluation;
· Keep track to remind Head of Department on their staff probation review, annual review, in charge of preparing related document (if any) in a timely manner;
· In charge of Personal Income Tax and all of its related report in time and properly;
· In charge of payroll, timesheet, attendance, annual leave record and conduct in monthly basis;
· Consult to employee and Head of Department, Board of Management on any related labor issue, people conflict or disciplinary action;
· SHUI increase, decrease monthly and all of its related report, document, claim;
· Exit document for departure staff;
· Coordinate with Labor Union in any payment, allowance for Labor Union Member according to Labor Union spending policy;
· Annual Salary Review, Payroll scheme of market research, updating to HRM and BoD on any new trend of market regarding to Compensation and Benefit;
· Updating and applying on new Labor Code, Tax Policy, SHUI Policy…
· Working with Government or Officer in Auditing/ Checking;
· Other tasks as assigned by HRM, BoDs.
Recruitment and Administration: 30%
· Using various methods to recruit and fill up empty vacancies;
· Ensure the necessary arrangement and paperwork regarding to recruitment is completed promptly and accurately;
· Assess the skills, qualifications, background check reports and experience of potential candidates;
· Doing adjustment, draft up and fulfill job description, structure accordingly;
· Conduct relevant recruitment report in a timely manner or as per request by Management;
· To coordinate with HR Admin team member to implement new Process and Policy within function;
· Updating relevant HR Admin Policy and Procedure related to Quality Management System in line with Idocean Core Value and require from Management;
· Assist in conduct and prepare HR Admin compliance reports for internal audit and external audit;
· To execute other assignments as instructed by Management.
· Bachelor’s degree, major in Finance or Human Resource is preferable;
· At least 2 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting related of Payroll or similar position with capacity more than 100 employees;
· Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Tax Regulations, advance in using Ms. Excel;
· Numerous senses, detail oriented, growth mindset.
