- Plan and execute recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee relations and conduct internal communications as needed.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, payroll, documentation, and metrics.
- Organize employee activities such as team building, all-hands meetings, and company trips.
- Maintain office records and provide general administrative support.
- Oversee office services and facility needs, including repairs, vendors, and contracts.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
