Job Description:
• End to end Payroll Process (BPJS, Tax, etc)
• Perform key activities to develop, implement and administer compensation and benefits programs;
• Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze the company’s competitive position;
• Responsible for devising company salary structure:
• Design compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness with trends, practices, and costs;
• Assist in ad-hoc Total Rewards projects as needed:
• Designing and delivering employee communications, surveys, and information sessions with a view to improving education and engagement on Total Rewards programs:
• Working collaboratively as part of the broader Human Resources team, ensuring common priorities and projects are delivered;
• Evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation, and make recommendations;
• Manage performance management and rewards and recognition programs for the company;
• Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
Requeirements:
• Bachelor Degree in any field
• Min. 3 years experiences in the same field
• Have experience designing compensation plans.
• Have good knowledge about Compensation & Total Rewards
• Hands-on experience with people operations in the area of performance management, culture, compensation and benefit, and change management;
• Excellent research, analytical, problem solving, and project management skills;
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Strong relationship-building skills within the department, across departments and external;
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment;
• In-depth compensation design and administration experience;
• Experience in job analyzing, job evaluation, and salary grading;
