This position will help support Kasual with developing human resources, evaluating employee performance and dealing with issues of Indonesian legal regulations externally and internally by the company.
- Education S1 Law / Psychology
- Good at public speaking
- Able to operate computers (Ms. ofice) and the internet
- Can work independently or in teams.
- Honest, thorough, neat, communicative, hardworking and highly motivated.

- Understand the Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Community Development, Recruitment, Payroll & Training

- Responsible for managing and developing human resources.
- Responsible for the employee recruitment process.
- Responsible for matters relating to employee absenteeism, calculation of salaries and benefits.
- Taking care of all issues related to employee employment contracts.
- Evaluating employee performance.
- Dealing with issues of Indonesian legal regulations externally and internally by the company
- Perform daily administration of employee attendance checks
