Job Description
1. Monitor monthly attendance & overtime
- Match the daily attendance and OT record with the overtime application in the HRM system.
- Timely verification of outsource workers attendance and prepare attendance summary weekly.
- Prepare monthly lateness report.
- Assist in shift allowance calculation.
2. Monthly medical bills
- Verify the medical bills from panel clinic and the supporting documents enclosed.
- Keep track on medical fee usage per employees.
- Update the latest employee listing to panel clinic on monthly basis.
3. Monitor and keep track confirmation of employees
- Issue appraisal prior to due date for probationer.
- Follow up with HODs for the completeness of the appraisal.
- Assist to prepare performance improvement plan for employees whom probationary period is extended.
4. Off-boarding of employees
- Prepare exit form for leavers & send to HODs before their last employment date.
- Ensure company asset issued to the leavers are collected and inform to concern department on termination of any system access granted upon their last employment date.
5. Employee Welfare
- To manage SOCSO claim, prepare documents, form, and claim submission.
6. Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job requirements
- Diploma/bachelor degree in Human Resource Management.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Meticulous in work.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Hokkien will be an added advantage.
