- Handle purchasing base on other department’s purchase requisitions
- Seek & evaluate new sources of suppliers
- Obtain quotation & ensure that all quotations are kept up to date & compared monthly
- Negotiate & make orders
- Ensure the goods meet company & brand standards & delivered on time
- Follow up on pending Purchase requisition & Purchase order
- Maintain the supplier report, updated & organized files
- Be responsible for inventory management & fixed asset management after purchasing
- Be responsible for consulting and coordinating with required department to make sure complete purchase task match with timeline of required department.
- Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your superiors
- Support other department activities as required
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader & General Director
- Supporting other departments if required.
- University degree or higher.
- Foreign language: English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5) is compulsory, Korean (equivalent to TOPIK 5) is advantage.
- Have knowledge about high rise building technical management.
- Have at least 5 years experiences in the same position.
- Software: SAP experiences is advantage.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching & counselling skills.
- Strong analytical skills & strategic thinking.
- High attention to detail
