We are looking for a Client Excellence Trainee to support our team in delivering innovation programs and ensuring the best experience for our clients and ecosystem partners. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in innovation, startups, and ecosystem building, and who enjoy working at the intersection of business, research, and project coordination.
02. LOCATION
Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh
Company’s office:
- 2nd Floor, National Innovation Center, No. 6, Lane 7 Ton That Thuyet, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi.
- 7th Floor, SIHUB – Saigon Innovation Hub, 123 Truong Dinh Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Reporting to: Client Excellence Manager
Working with: Client Excellence Executives & Manager
Duration:
- Full-time commitment: 6 months
- Part-time commitment: 8 months
03. ACTUAL THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Client experience support: Support the Client Excellence team in managing communication and coordination with corporate clients, startups, and ecosystem partners throughout project execution.
- Innovation program coordination: Assist in organizing and delivering innovation-related programs such as: Startup scouting projects, Accelerator programs, Corporate innovation programs … and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ecosystem research: Conduct desk research on startup ecosystems, innovation trends, emerging technologies, potential startup partners …
- Content & documentation: Support the preparation of Client proposals, Project reports, Workshop materials, Ecosystem insights and program content …
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including research, marketing, and program teams to ensure successful project delivery.
04. THE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who is:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Able to work full-time and commit 6 months of internship.
- Interested in innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A proactive communicator and team player.
- Strong in analytical thinking and problem solving.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to research and synthesize information
- Good command of both Vietnamese and English
05. BENEFITS
- Monthly allowance: 1,995,000 VND for full-time applicants or 1,000,000 VND for part-time applicants
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
