JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the development of data pipelines for real estate, valuation, and open datasets.
- Work with databases and systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, DuckDB, or ClickHouse.
- Use Python/Pandas or PySpark to clean, standardize, and transform data.
- Integrate data from various sources such as Google Sheets, PDF OCR, cadastral APIs, and other databases.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Majoring in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Pandas and Jupyter Notebook is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and interest in large-scale data products.
- Full-time is preferred; part-time must commit at least 20 hours per week.
- Having a COS Pro certificate is a plus.
