Responsibilities:
- Own Vietnam profitability and support profitability across SEA markets (Indonesia, Thailand).
- Drive monthly gross collections and manage the full cost structure to maintain healthy contribution margins.
- Monitor and optimize unit economics weekly, including RoAS, CVR, AOV, renewal, churn, and CAC.
- Make data-driven resource allocation decisions balancing revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead and develop Sales, Pre-sales, and Renewal (URI) teams, including hiring, performance management, incentives, career paths, and compensation.
- Build referral and cross-sales systems to reduce reliance on paid acquisition.
- Own the sales funnel from lead → call → booking → completion and improve conversion at each stage.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize channel strategy and ensure measurable RoAS across paid, organic, KOL, and community channels.
- Partner with Academic & Operations to maintain class quality, student satisfaction, teacher performance, and control academic costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams and build a culture of accountability, data discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Develop quarterly business plans, set targets and resources, identify risks, and report performance and action plans to the Group CEO.
- Identify market opportunities and scalable improvements across SEA for regional replication.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of commercial/business leadership experience, including 3+ years of P&L ownership.
- Proven experience in consumer-facing, subscription or recurring-revenue businesses, preferably EdTech, SaaS, or consumer services.
- Strong hands-on experience leading Sales & Marketing and managing budgets with a focus on ROI.
- Regional experience in Indonesia or Thailand is a strong advantage.
- Experience building or restructuring teams, including underperforming teams.
- Strong understanding of unit economics, P&L, and data-driven resource allocation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build high-performing, accountable organizations.
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
- Data-driven, process-oriented, decisive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Native Vietnamese and business-fluent English required.
- Bahasa Indonesia or Thai is a plus.
