- Defining the local marketplace strategy & roadmap to penetrate and win market
- Building the value creation process from marketing, sales & operations (demand generation, supply generation, liquidity optimization, user experience, and many more)
- Hiring & grooming team members to execute your strategy
- Work with the country manager to provide relevant candidates and align with the commercial / recruitment business roadmap
- Work with dedicated product squads in the regional team to localize our product and realize your strategy
- You will become a part of our exciting, fast-growing tech startup in Southeast Asia, poised to become the leader of the Edutech and HRTech space in the region.
- You will have a great influence on our product or the processes, and get the chance to work alongside a driven managerial team, backed by experienced investors and advisors in the region. You will also be directly exposed to the fastest growing emerging markets in the region (Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines etc.).
- On top of that, you’ll have autonomy and resources to execute your strategy since you'll be leading a single-threaded marketplace team (consisting of talents in marketing, sales, ops, analyst and many more as you need it).
- You’ll be the business owner of the product and do anything you need to get the job done!
- 5-8 years of experience in developing and executing product strategy (market needs, UVP, business goal, segmentation) to drive business outcomes in the local market.
- Proven experience in building and leading cross-functional team to deliver outcomes.
- Understanding of marketing, finance and operations to drive business outcomes.
- Ability to work with key stakeholders within or outside the organisation to drive strategic initiatives to boost growth.
- Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in building business line / product line from 0 to 1 a plus.
- Proven experience in shaping and implementing business strategy a plus.
