Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Evaluate Recruitment Process
- Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company, Career Path, Development Program, and others
- Plan, implementation, evaluate Training Needs Analysist (TNA) regarding on company needs
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain compensation and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Partners with third parties, Government or private sector related with employement regulation and others
Job Specification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, and related field.
- Having at least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience as an HRBP in the related field is required for this position.
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong decision-making skills
- Good communication in English both written and oral
