Job description for Head of Growth Marketing at Jack
- Devise and implement data-driven acquisition strategies for Transfez (B2C and B2B), optimising every part of the funnel.
- Identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: PPC, social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & affiliates, SEO, content, email and more.
- Plan and scale-up solutions which consist of content, communication, vouchers, and promotion or product changes
- Track CAC & LTV and optimise campaigns for profitable unit economics.
- Optimise conversion rates and increase retention by working closely with product and operations teams
- Uncover creative, non-traditional and new methods of acquiring users.
- Use data and analytics, lead and grow structured experimentation (A/B testing) and iteration to drive growth, while ensuring brand alignment and consistent messaging throughout
- Build and execute brand and competitive positioning strategy.
- Build, lead and recruit the growth & marketing team.
- Devise and execute strategy of launching new products and/or in new market and broaden the customer base
- Analyze trends, user demands change and competitor analysis to explore applicable user growth
- At least 5 years of working experience focusing in growth & marketing
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic mindset and scrappiness
- Excellent communication and strong in business acumen
- Data-oriented: obsessed with data, analytics, metrics, and statistics
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Demonstrable experience in implementing data-driven marketing strategies & using web analytics tools
- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
- Self-starter with ability to execute under deadlines
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Experience working in SaaS or Fintech industry or in a high-growth startups is a plus
