Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security, specifically in developing and integrating tools for SOC
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solution-oriented
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SOC tools such as Wazuh, ELK Stack, Suricata, Zeek, OSSEC, TheHive, MISP, and others
- Log parsing skills using Logstash, Filebeat, or custom modules
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and API integration
- Understanding of correlation rules, threat hunting, IOC, and incident response workflow
System and Platform Skills:
- High proficiency in Linux and Windows Server/Endpoint operating systems
- Understanding of system architecture and log systems
- Experience working with mobile platforms (Android, iOS) for basic forensic or mobile endpoint monitoring
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience integrating SOC tools with ticketing systems or threat intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and log monitoring cloud-native services
- Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, OSCP, OSWA, or Wazuh Certified

- Proactive in finding solutions and simplifying complex processes
- High curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring open-source technology
Primary Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining open-source SOC tools
- Configuring log data pipeline, parsing, indexing, and visualization
- Collaborating with analysis teams to support incident investigation processes
- Developing technical documentation and knowledge base for SOC teams
