Junior Application   Officer
Function/Department: Information Technology Department
Location: Thu Duc, HCMc
Manager Title: Application Manager/ Head of IT
Position Type: Permanent
Position Status: Full Time

Position Objectives
Application   Specialist is responsible for supporting, enhancing and developing school   management solutions in Cognita schools includes student information   systems, learning management systems, communication portals  and education technologies.
In   this role, you work with key users from academic, administration,   communication, admission and marketing to upkeep these school management   solutions.
Last but not least, with   strong knowledge in the business processes and the solutions, you help all key   users to acquire the skills, knowledge and understanding so they can use the   solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
Key duties and   responsibilities but are not limited to those listed below:
Work   with Group IT teams and external business partners to resolve incidents and   requests.
Receive,   analyze reporting requirements  and deliver new reports.
Monitor,   plan and implement new software releases or updates.
Maintain   software documentation  on solution configuration and customizations.
Be   part new projects taking   up roles either as business analyst, developer or project lead.
Position   Requirements:
You are likely be successful in this position   if you:
Have knowledge   in one of these areas: .NET or PHP
Strong in   Data Analyse in MSSQL, MySQL (or Oracle).
Experience in   working with stakeholder, end user effectively.
Have good   written and oral communication skills in English.
Have good   problem solving and analytical capability
Qualifications
You should have:
● A diploma or degree in business, engineering or technology.
● 6-month   or 1 year experience in IT software development would be a plus

Will be required to work independently and as part of a collaborative team effort
Extended working hours to complete projects as required
Extended   working days to handle school events in weekend
