Job Description:
Gear Inc. is seeking a Localization and QA Agent (Full-time). Ideal candidates will join our team to assist our client with some daily localization tasks and support our Customer Care team in quality assurance which is part of our management process. The agent will need to communicate with the client frequently and make sure we follow the correct procedures set by the client.
- Input translations (provided by the client) in our existing system
- QA and make sure translations respected the correct number of characters, etc.
- This is not necessarily reviewing the translation language
- Testing that translations appear correctly in the application owned by the client
- Meet personal/team’s targets
- QA customer support tickets handled by our internal team
- Must be flexible in working schedule and responsive to messages from managers and team members. This includes answering urgent questions outside of normal working hours.

Job Requirement:
- Good command in English (~ 7.5 IELTS)
- Having experience with Localization tools and processes
- Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications).
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details and desire to learn
- High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible, adaptable to new changes.
- Familiar with smartphone/mobile device/mobile applications
- Experience in device/application troubleshooting is highly preferable.
Working time:
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Will be discussed further during the interview.
- Will be required to be on-call during the Vietnamese Holidays.
