Job description

1. Retail Sales: 50%

  • Engage with guests to promote and sell grooming products, offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of the product range, including features, benefits, and usage, to effectively guide guests.
  • Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Track and report sales performance to the manager.

2. Guest Service and Booking Management: 40%

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally to manage inquiries and bookings.
  • Schedule and manage appointments using the booking system, ensuring efficient time management for barbers.
  • Welcome guests warmly, check them in, and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
  • Provide information about barbershop services, packages, and promotions.

3. Other Duties as Assigned by the Manage: 10%

  • Support guest retention efforts by following up with clients after their visits and encouraging repeat bookings.
  • Respond to reviews and feedback on social media or other platforms, fostering positive guest relationships.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and customer service techniques.

Requirement

  • College or University graduate.
  • Vocational training in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Good-looking and presentable.
