ZumVet is a digital healthcare start-up with a mission to change the way pet care is delivered in Asia.
We are currently looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive our digital user acquisition strategy. This person will take a data driven approach to improve the effectiveness of our marketing channels and fuel growth. Success in this position requires a growth mindset - someone who looks to data to drive impactful decisions, enjoys measuring and optimising your strategies and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. They will work closely with key decision makers to achieve business outcomes and be a driving force behind ZumVet’s success.
Responsibilities
- Develop ZumVet's regional digital user acquisition strategy
- Drive performance marketing campaigns and leverage analytics to meet business objectives
- Manage marketing funnel performance and provide insights based on conversion across each stage
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise the conversion funnel by testing creatives, content and channels; continually analyse effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in driving consumer acquisition across digital channels
- Highly analytical and data driven and proficient, with the ability to track, report on and optimise against key metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Excel, Data Studio, or equivalent tools
- An independent thinker who is results driven
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Experience with SEO is a plus
