Job description for Growth Marketing Lead at Quipper
- Analyzing and extracting marketing insights from various channels and analytics platforms to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the management level
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
- Conceive and execute a wide range of campaigns to drive marketing funnel
- Grow end to end customer marketing funnel from acquisition, referrals, and retention (loyalty)
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent in Indonesian & English (written and speaking)
- HMO upon regularization with additional 3 dependents (fully covered by the Company)
- 12 VL (5VL can be carried over to following year), Unlimited SL for 1 year, Additional benefit to special leave per event (Marriage, paternity, death, hospitalized family member)
