JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can own the performance side of our marketing team, SEO/GEO, paid acquisition, analytics, and AI-powered workflows. You will work alongside a Brand & Content lead, report directly to the CEO, and have full visibility into pipeline results.
This is a hands-on role. You build, execute, and improve — not just plan.
What will you own
1/ SEO & Organic Growth
● Technical SEO and on-page optimization for inapps.net
● Keyword strategy targeting B2B buyers in US, AU, UK markets
● GEO — optimizing content for AI search surfaces: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews
● Content briefs and SEO direction for the content team
2/ Paid Acquisition
● Google Search Ads — setup, optimization, budget management
● Landing page testing and CPL improvement
● Support LinkedIn Ads as the team scales
3/ Analytics & Reporting
● GA4, UTM governance, lead source tracking through to CRM
● Weekly performance dashboard — traffic, MQL, CPL, channel attribution
4/ AI-powered Marketing
● Use AI tools daily to accelerate content production, keyword research, outreach copy, and reporting
● Build and iterate automation workflows that increase team output without increasing headcount
What we are looking for
1/ Must have
● 3+ years in digital marketing — SEO, performance, or growth focus
● Actively uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in daily marketing work — not occasionally, but as a core part of how you operate
● Hands-on Google Ads experience
● GA4 proficiency — events, conversions, attribution
● Comfortable working and communicating in English
2/ Nice to have
● Background in software development or IT
● Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools
● Has worked in a B2B or tech company
● Familiar with LinkedIn Ads or Apollo.io for outreach
● Experience with AI Automation for Marketing
