Job description for Growth Marketing Associate Manager at Glints Taiwan
The mission of this role is to grow qualified candidates in Tech, BD, Sales, and Marketing. to be utilized by our recruiters to fulfill the business needs. This role will also assist TW Growth Manager to grow the marketplace top-of-funnel for both candidate and employer users.
Main responsibilities:
- Candidate Growth: In charge of the PICs of candidates acquisition to grow talent pool for business unit
- Marketplace Growth: In charge of increasing active jobs in TW Job Portal
- Team Management: Groom direct report/subordinates and build culture of experimentation within team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience related to Sales & Marketing
- Proven experience in B2C sales
- Basic knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of the customer journey
- Good team management skills and teamwork
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL
- Results and target-oriented proven by past work achievement
- Hungry to learn something new out of your expertise but also driven to be a self-starter
- Adaptable and comfortable with the fast-paced work, changes, and uncertainties of a startup environment
- Experience working in a tech company is a plus
- Above all, we need you to be relentlessly resourceful.
