Job description for Growth Manager, Project at Glints
- Bring new growth initiatives to get adopted for our target audience (find product-market fit)
- Develop and improve go-to-market strategy
- Find patterns, brainstorm, interpret data from qualitative/quantitative and come up with a plan to improve new feature adoption (PMF expansion)
- Develop project estimation and capacity planning (t-shirt sizing) to track time/effort in any project
- Build dependency towards the internal/external team and rally the team on acquiring users
- Key strategic role: You will have the chance to be part of a new team at Growth, involved in strategic projects and direction of the company
- Autonomy: You will have the freedom to build and run your process from scratch where you see fit

- You’ll be great if you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Growth / Project Management / Special Project / City Launcher related role
- Extra points if you have working experience in tech industries and experience in bringing products from 0 to 1
