Job Descriptions
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual assets that support marketing campaigns, advertising productions, social media content, and client presentations while maintaining high creative and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Key Visuals (KV) for advertising campaigns, TVCs, viral videos, and social media campaigns.
- Design pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. Create online and offline marketing materials including banners, posters, social media assets, POSM, OOH, and digital advertisements.
- Design graphic elements, titles, thumbnails, and visual assets used in video production and post-production workflows.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to client brand guidelines. · Research design trends and continuously improve creative quality and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and production schedules
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Experience working in Advertising Agencies, Creative Agencies, Production Houses, or Media Companies is preferred.
Software:
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Affter Effect, Canva
AI knowleadge is
Soft Skill:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Good problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Able to read and communicate in basic English for work purposes.
Technical Skill:
Strong understanding of composition, typography, layout, and color theory.
Ability to develop Key Visuals from creative concepts and campaign briefs.
Strong knowledge of branding and visual identity systems.
Experience designing for digital platforms, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Ability to prepare production-ready artwork and assets.
Basic understanding of video production, motion graphics, and content creation workflows is an advantage.
