1. Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact
- All design works are required for products and activities, such as websites, advertising, leaflet, posters, product packaging, manage photo gallery
- A graphic designer works to a brief agreed with Line Manager then develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the printing suppliers to meet the objectives
- Create banners, posters, brochures, company profile, packaging and labeling, information campaigns, website…
- Provide ideas, layouts for the project based on knowledge of design principles and aesthetics, in conjunction with the business unit to ensure designs meet requester's demand
- Coordinate closely with the product development team to ensure the consistent branding visuals throughout all projects
- Capture current trends and update new trends in design industry for recommendations on job applications
- Responsible for the quality and progress of designed printing/ production
- Provide ideas and deploy images designed to serve the branding for the company
- Photo shooting, video shooting and video making in order to support viral marketing & other marketing activities on social media & online/offline events
- Other related tasks as assigned
2. Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Multi-media, Art, Visual, Design communication or related studies
- Have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in graphic design and video making
- BasicProficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, AfterEffect
- Ability to work on both static, motion-based & video content, edit raw video footage and add effects/elements with motion graphics to enhance creative output
- Experience with Photography & digital marketing is a plusPossess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
- Good teamwork spirit and high sense of responsibility, willing to support other team members
3. Benefits
Monthly income: 12-17M (base salary + incentive)
Salary review each 6 months
