Job Description:
- Conceptualisation and development of creative content across all media platforms
- Creative flair in conceptualising, proposing and executing designs for marketing, web, print and event production (set design and exhibition)
- Development of branding book and branding guidelines.
- Assist in project planning, Web / App design and development (experience with UI / UX would be an advantage)
- Perform quality checks from production to execution stages with strong logistics & technical knowledge
- Skill sets such as space planning, concept generating including freehand 3D sketches will be an added advantage
- Required to provide graphic / 3D designs to support sales proposals, marketing and promotional activities
- Understanding of multimedia technology and process of researching latest trends
- Passionate and ability to think and work out of the box
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work on projects with minimum supervision and self motivated with a strong desire to deliver successful outcomes
- Accomplishes art department work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees.
- Execute design work according to client/project brief.
- Meets art department work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
- Meets art department cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
- Formulates art concepts
- Maintain communication with team
- Conducts review on illustrative material for presentation.
- Reviews project production in accordance to budget, background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.
- Selects and secures illustrative material by formulating basic layout design concept; conducting research.
- Produces illustrative material support
- Prepares layouts for printing by marking-up, pasting-up, and finishing layouts.
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts, story boards, and illustrations; responding to client commentary and requests.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances art department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Coordination, Creativity, Vision, Project Management, Product Management, Organization, Graphic Design Skills, Developing Creative Standards, Illustration Tools, Desktop Publishing Skills, Multimedia Content Development
Minimum 2 years of industry experience. Relevant events industry experience preferred.
