We’re a social and AI-game company designed to turn everyday moments into core memories. We’re looking for a Designer Intern who is ready to skip the boring, corporate coffee-fetching internships and help us build a Silicon Valley-standard brand. If you’re high-agency, chronically online, and ready to own the lore, you’re in your era.
The Profile
- The High-Achiever: A final-year student or recent grad from a reputable university. You have a relentless work ethic and a portfolio that proves you can lead a visual direction from concept to final export.
- Art Direction & Design Hybrid: You have the eye to set a "mood" and the hands to execute it. You understand layout, color theory, and typography at a deep level, but you also know how to direct the "vibe" of a full campaign.
- Visual Instinct: You instinctively know why certain visual trends go viral while others flop. You’re tapped into the specific aesthetics—from UI patterns to motion styles—that Gen Z actually vibes with.
- Brand Architect in Training: You’ve messed around with building visual identities before. You’re excited to learn how to create and maintain Design Systems, Brand Guidelines, and complex assets across every platform.
- Analytical + Articulate: You’re comfortable with data but even better at communicating. You can "yap" with professional purpose to defend your design choices and explain the "why" behind the "look."
The Mission
- Brand Lore & Identity: You won’t just be "making templates." You’ll help drive the brand lifecycle, from refining our typography and color theory to creating custom iconography and viral campaign assets.
- Design Strategy: Use your intuition for local-core culture and identity to build visuals that people actually want to share and remix, not just scroll past.
- The Creative Engine: Translate high-level "vibes" into detailed static graphics, motion assets, and social media content. You are the bridge between the vision and the community.
- Global Moves: Collaborate daily with our creative lead, CEO, and mentors from Singapore, Australia, and the USA. This is a world-class design and art direction bootcamp.
- Aura Check (Quality): You’re a co-gatekeeper of the aesthetic. You’ll ensure that every image, video frame, and story we ship is seamless, intentional, and actually "hits" for the end user.
