Job description for Graphic Designer Intern at Lebry
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing emails, website banners, digital ads, brochures, and presentations.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate project briefs and concepts into effective visual designs.
3. Ensure all creative work is on-brand, maintaining consistency in style, quality, and tone across all deliverables.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, while meeting deadlines.
5. Prepare final files for print production and digital publication, ensuring technical accuracy.
6. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
7. Edit short-form video content, such as Reels ensuring engaging visuals and alignment with brand guidelines.
8. Handle design projects for two brands.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
2. Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential), Canva, and other graphic design tools. Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
3. Design Fundamentals: Excellent eye for typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
4. Digital-First Mindset: Solid experience creating optimized graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and web.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to take direction, give and receive feedback, and work effectively as part of a team.
