Are you a recent graduate looking to begin your career in accounting, with little to no prior professional experience? At Odyssey, you can start your career as an Australian Accountant with structured training and ongoing support from experienced accounting professionals. You will learn Australian accounting and taxation practices while gradually taking on real accounting work for Australian clients.
THE ROLE
You will handle a range of accounting and taxation tasks for Australian clients, with responsibilities increasing progressively as you build your knowledge and capabilities. You will work with senior support and guidance, with exposure to modern accounting technology and AI-powered tools as part of your day-to-day work.
WHAT WE OFFER

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Our remuneration is significantly above the market average for accounting roles in HCMC.
- Training allowance during the 2-month onboarding period, followed by a competitive full-time salary on signing your labour contract.
- Monthly productivity bonus of up to 60% of base salary, plus semi-annual, annual, and end-of-tax-year bonuses.

- Standard 5-day work week (Monday–Friday); paid overtime when required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field — recent graduates and candidates with some accounting experience are equally welcome to apply.
