– From 1-year experience in offering Cloud-based services (SAAS, PAAS & IAAS, e.g Cloud VPS/Cloud Server and Cloud Storage) of cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, SalesForce… are preferred or at least in offering on-premise systems (servers, switches, routers, firewall, …) with focus on enterprise infrastructure.
– Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business processes to maximize value with Google Cloud solutions.
– Strong risk management and mitigation skills.
– Entrepreneurial mindset, being able to put yourself into the customers shoes and driving continuous improvement and optimization.
– Proven communicating, consulting and relationship-building skills.
– Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, legal, technical, finance, support, sales and marketing experts.
– Demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations (technical + interpersonal) routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues.
