Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans for all sales activities to achieve the sales targets.
- Identify, maximize the reach and potential of market development in Vietnam;
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company.
- Work closely with sales team, push and control their sales performance
- Provide leadership to the day–to-day operations of the sales team, while
- maintaining focus on the department’s strategic goals.
- Recruit, conduct training and development for the team.
Experience and Requirements
- Have previously worked in Sales or Customer Care in a professional capacity and have at least 2 years of managerial experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience in same level and Sales
- Understand that making people engage with your brand is 50% empathy and 50% process - and you effectively can bring both to the table
- Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum’s innovative approach
- Are data- and performance-oriented, and optimize your approach for conversion flows and CAC
- Enjoy working in a rapidly growing team in one of the most dynamic environments
