Responsibilities:
· Communicate with stakeholders to identify issues that impede the efficiency and scalability of manufacturing operations
· Analyze the issues and work with engineering teams to come up with solutions
· Create and manage product backlog items (PBIs) for the engineering teams
· Prioritize PBIs and change their order as circumstances change
· Refine the PBIs and explain them to engineers by focusing on “why” and “what”
· Monitor the KPIs of products and analyze the result to get ideas for improving them
· As a member of CADDi’s global product management group, contribute to global business growth by proposing new ideas for products
· Propose innovative ideas and concepts to the teams in Japan and collaborate together to develop products that can scale globally
Experience and Requirements:
Required skills and experience:
· Experience in product owner or product management role and achieving the planned goal and target through KPI management or similar business management index
· In-depth understanding and more than two years of experience with Scrum methodology
· Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mind.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
