Responsibilities
- Build & track growth-hacking plans & executions to build communities within Blockbase & Herond Labs’s products and investments.
- Manage Blockbase/ Herond Labs presence in partnered communities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan social media content, including Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, etc.
- Participate in/ support community communication for partner events and participate in working with partners on these events.
- Engage users on community channels: respond to comments, respond to direct messages, manage questions to ensure 1:1 relationships with users.
- Assign and execute community plans to partners, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time.
- Catch up on trends in the blockchain and crypto investment space.
- Work and negotiate with partners under the direction of the head of the department.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Experience and Requirements
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Discord...;
- Favor chatting, online and offline;
- Independent and professional attitude - work with low supervision;
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, solution-oriented and adaptive;
- Native Vietnamese and advanced English language commands are must’s;
- Confidence in public speaking is a plus.
