Job description for General Admin at The Ground Market
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/meetings/appointments
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage supplier list, supplier sample and place order to supplier
- Create Invoice, Project expenses/financial report
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Age max. 27 years old.
- Education: minimum High School or equivalent with good academic record
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Well-organized and highly-initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have positive attitude, integrity and honest
- Hard worker and able to work in team
- Able to manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully
- Willingness to improve and learn continuously
