About the role:
We are looking for a proactive, technology-driven Pattern Specialist to join our Vietnam office. You will be responsible for creating garment patterns using PAD System software, providing technical and marketing support, delivering training to customers, and continuously improving pattern-making workflows. This role requires strong pattern-making knowledge, a quick aptitude for technology, and the ability to provide effective remote support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create garment patterns (paper patterns) using PAD System – no hand sewing or manual pattern making
• Demonstrate and promote PAD System to clients, including product presentations and marketing support
• Provide technical support and training to customers on software usage
• Identify and suggest improvements to pattern-making workflows and processes
Job Description:
• Help to build and maintain a pattern maker community
• Diploma or above, preferably in Fashion and Textiles, Clothing Technology, Apparel Engineering, or related fields.
• 2 years of relevant experience in garment pattern making; or fresh graduates with 6+ months of relevant internship.
• Solid knowledge of pattern theory (grading, nesting, construction principles).
• Willing and eager to use software for pattern development.
• Interest in technology and ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Able to support customer-facing activities (training, Q&A, software demos).
• Good command of English (spoken & written). Proficient in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
