● Gameplay Balancing: Ensure the game is balanced and provides a satisfying player experience. Quick iterate and balance games using analytics and data collected from players.

● Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior game designers.

● Collaboration: Work closely with artists, programmers, and other team members to bring game concepts to life.

● Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in game design.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry.

● Proven track record of creating successful games.

● Strong understanding of game design principles and best practices.

● Proficiency in game design tools (e.g., Cocos Creator, Unity, Unreal Engine).

● Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

● Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player psychology.

● English: strong writing, oral and communication skills.
