Qiscus is a multichannel conversational platform which helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. As the importance of real-time communication technology continually increases, dynamic client-side development is definitely necessary. Our Full Stack Developer will be responsible for keeping up with new digital technologies and works on both client-side and server-side of the software application to ensure system consistency and improved customer experience (CX). Responsibilities:
Translate user requirements into the overall architecture and implementation of new systems
Work collaboratively with UI/UX designers, software engineers, and researchers to solve applications design problems as they arise
Understand, create and debug database related queries
Create test code to validate the application against client requirements
Monitor the performance of web applications & infrastructure
Troubleshooting web applications with a fast and accurate resolution
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience with Full-Stack web development
Familiar with any web framework (e.g. Ruby On Rails/ Laravel / Djanggo)
Have experiance to create web app use one of this language (ruby, python, php, or go-lang).
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standard, code review, source control management, build process, testing, and operations
Familiar with Database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
Have Experience in NoSQL databases is a plus
Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Eager to learn new programming language and/or new technology
