About the Role
Datapinter is looking for a Full Stack AI Content Creator who understands how to create high-performing content, not just edit videos.
You will be responsible for end-to-end content production: ideation, scripting, editing, optimization, and social media account management. We want someone who understands audience psychology, platform algorithms, and how to turn attention into engagement.
Responsibilities
* Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
* Structure content effectively using hook, foreshadow, body, and CTA frameworks
* Use AI tools to improve content production speed and quality
* Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools
* Design content visuals using Canva or similar tools
* Manage and grow digital media accounts
* Analyze content performance and improve based on data
* Research trends, audience behavior, and viral content formats
* Work fast and iterate quickly
Requirements
* Experienced in creating engaging social media content
* Strong understanding of storytelling and attention retention
* Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content ecosystems
* Skilled in Canva and CapCut (or equivalent tools)
* Good communication skills in English
* Understand social media algorithms and audience psychology
* Familiar with AI tools for content creation
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Bonus if you have managed brand or business social media accounts before
