Receptionist – Job Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Ability to handle incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, and manage appointments in a professional manner.
Customer service–oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
