Job description for Freelance Social Media Specialist at Pt Tencent Technology Indonesia
- Create and execute high-quality/viral content on social media.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the official content.
- Identify engagement opportunities and act on them to create events.
- Manage content and posting.
- Manage communication plans through multiple channels and continuously update them.
- Implement a measuring system to aid data-driven decisions and reporting.
- Give continuous feedback and suggestions to our designers to adapt content to our communities.
- Keep a good environment over the community, with a closely social listening tracking.
- Willing to Work From Office
- Should have at least 2 years experience working in online communities social media, digital marketing, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with all social media, and tools to analyze social media performance.
- Understands how social media channels work and identifies growth opportunities within those channels
- Great communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Detail oriented, adjustable to change and Team Player
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure.
