Job description for Freelance Packaging & Visual Designer at PT. Multi Sistem Teknologi

Saat ini kami sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Freelance Packaging & Visual Designer untuk membantu mengembangkan berbagai packaging concepts & production samples. Fokus pekerjaan bukan hanya membuat visual atau mockup, tetapi mengembangkan design yang dapat diaplikasikan ke packaging dan dipersiapkan untuk proses sampling atau production, dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

Requirements:

Laki-laki atau Perempuan (Usia Max. 35 tahun)
Pendidikan min D3/S1 Design Grafis, DKV atau jurusan terkait
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Visual Designer
Paham dalam menggunakan Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Procreate, AI-assisted image generation, 3D/mockup software
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, kreatif, teliti, detail, memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi, dan komunikatif
Wajib melampirkan Portofolio terbaru

Responsibilities:

Mengembangkan visual atau design untuk berbagai jenis packaging
Apply design ke dieline packaging yang sudah tersedia atau menyesuaikan dieline dari supplier
Membuat beberapa design applications dari satu visual system seperti: folding carton box, rigid box, sleeve packaging, paper bag, pouch, labels stickers, insert cards
Membuat design variation untuk melihat bagaimana satu branding atau visual dapat bekerja di beberapa bentuk packaging
Menyiapkan print-ready artwork sesuai kebutuhan produksi
Menyesuaikan artwork dengan material, ukuran, cutting line, bleed, safe area, dan finishing
Membuat digital mockups untuk preview sebelum sampling
Melakukan adjustment berdasarkan hasil physical sample atau feedback produksi
