Please note that this is a 100% freelance, performance-based role. There is no basic monthly salary. The salary range displayed (IDR 1,000,000 - 10,000,000) reflects the potential Success Fee you will earn per successful hired candidate

Job Requirement:

Open to final-year students (min. 7th semester), professionals, and independent recruiters (a relevant background is preferred)
Skilled in sourcing and recruiting candidates with specific qualifications and industry backgrounds (specifically Trucking and Logistics)
Committed to supply relevant CV to the internal recruiter
Great interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills to attract potential passive candidates
Plus point if you have your own talent communities and sourcing tools

Job Descriptions:

Perform headhunting and candidate sourcing from various channels for the listed vacant positions
Communicate and approach potential candidates who fit the specific criteria using professional language and etiquette
Screen and filter candidates' CVs and profiles rigorously based on the given requirements
Deliver a minimum of 5 potential candidates' CVs to the recruiter to be projected into current suitable vacant positions (CV validity period is a maximum of 3 months).

Performance-based commission and attractive success fee (strictly based on high-quality CV submissions and successful placements)
