Job description for Founders Associate Intern at Eden Kitchens
- Work daily with the CEO to understand the top strategic priorities and KPIs.
- Help facilitate clear and concise decision making & implementation across the organisation
- Executing plans & ideas in a detailed, structured and linear manner to bring them to life.
- Support the CEO in setting overall communication strategy, planning of internal events and help align internal communications
- Identify scaling issues and action fast and effective plans across the organisation to resolve them, keeping key stakeholders across the business in the loop at all times where necessary
- Identify and resolve issues gaps with actionable, data-guided recommendations. Create systems and processes that will avoid such problems in the future
- Final year/fresh graduate from a reputable university having studied Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a similar degree.
- Some experience within consulting/startups/VCs.
- Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Experience in business planning, strategy and operations.
- You're extremely process driven and organised, and enjoy using this to the benefit of the organisation.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, listening and written communication skills.
- Outstanding facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Powerpoint
